Did you see Kent's recent photos? I think this thing was in one of them. Do you know what it is? That little spiral on the top looks so beautiful against the sky.
I went over to Kent's for a look but couldn't find it. Was it recent?
I have no idea what it is. You can't see it in the photo but on the top of the 'windmill' (this shot was taken from below) is a pressure gauge. It has been hung in front of an art studio, so maybe it belongs to them.
Your pic was good because it showed the thing in context, Kent (you good historian).
It'd be nice if hot air from the street made that windmill turn. Maybe it's a moving sculpture or something. It looks good, anyway.
