57 New Photos!
I spent a fair bit of time today and on Thursday taking photos. As a result, I have 57 new photos to post. Yeah, I'm racing to the finish. All of the new photos are going to take a fair bit of time to post, so I'm going to finish the Project and then post the new photos when I get the chance. I'd rather spend my last few days making sure I take all of the photos. So, stay tuned - the end is almost near...

Update On "The Move"
The latest lot of photos were taken on the 10th of December. Yeah, I've been slack. As soon as school finished for the year, I had to get started on the whole business of moving to Canberra. Luckily, removalists have been organised for us - they do all the packing, take our stuff to Canberra, keep it in storage and move it in to our new place. The only thing we had to do was get rid of all of the junk that we didn't want to take with us. I've had to sneak around the neighbourhood on bin night to get rid of all of our rubbish. Those wheelie bins are just too small.
I haven't mentioned the move date yet, have I? January 3rd. That doesn't leave much time for the Project. The last week has been taken up cleaning and preparing our flat for the end of lease inspection. We had that today and everything was fine, so I'll have a lot more time for photos, especially once Christmas is over and done with.
I should also mention that the flight to Canberra will be my first time on a plane. Sad but true...

New Photos, New Camera
This latest lot was taken on Saturday, 2nd of December, with my brand spankin' new Canon Powershot S3IS. Much better than the Powershot A85 I was previously using, which I'm no longer going to need to borrow from work all of the time.
The odds of finishing the Project are looking pretty good. I was going to take some more photos after work today but ended up helping the owner of a health food shop write a letter to the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs to pledge sponsorship for his wife to come to Australia from India. I hope he's successful.
I'll see how I go taking some photos tomorrow. I should also start tagging some of my photos. Not all of them - just the ones that fit into some kind of theme or category.

Goodbye Adelaide, hello...
...Canberra! And I've looked in a street directory and there's no bloody way I'm going to try anything like the Project in that city. It's all in cirlces! No more North-South, East-West streets like the nicely planned-out and directionally-challenged friendly Adelaide.
OK, so I'm moving to Canberra at the end of the year. Gert has just been offered a couple of jobs there and I'm hoping for the same.
Will I finish the Project in time? Maybe, maybe not. I'll take photos if I feel like it but I'm not going to rush into it just because I'm leaving. I'll just have to wait and see...
